i hope you enjoy!
(sorry if any of these are repeated from before, i have a bad memory.)

the above two pictures are actually pretty old, taken at the house i used to live in a few years ago. that second one is my ceiling, with lots of glow in the dark stars.

my friend bryan by a wall of graffiti.

a lot of these are from this past summer.

there was a giant flood in my town! this was a playground underwater.

mega deals! (i love flea markets.)

riding on a carousel.

windows in an abandoned house.

he's not my boyfriend anymore, but i still like these pictures of him.

pool party with my friend erin.

drained hot tub party with my friend erin.

taking pictures in my favorite vintage store.

these are quite a few years old. an adventure at an abandoned house with my friend jennifer.

at the beach when i was sixteen.

abandoned barn.

a rocking horse at an abandoned house.

i think dead birds are sad & beautiful at the same time.

one day i saw a full rainbow!

a car ride on a rainy day.

i love carnivals.

i visited one of the most amazing art projects ever, the heidelberg project! it's in detroit, michigan, and basically it's just this one street that a bunch of artists took over and painted the houses all crazy and put random stuff in the yards, and i don't know, you really should look it up yourself, it's truly incredible.

another heidelberg house, covered in stuffed animals!

dreamcatchers & mountaintops.

big summer sky.

in a field of flowers.

accordion!

kachina dolls.

i don't know if you can tell, but that's a bird charm necklace i wear all the time.

an awesome bug called a crane fly.

record player (playing gulag orkestar by beirut).

nicholas trapped in a telephone booth!

me in the telephone booth.

nick on a wall behind my favorite 24 hour diner.

synjin at an abandoned house.

will in an abandoned barn.

synjin & will on an old piano.

i go to abandoned houses a lot.

russian folk records.

a field of corn.

my friend katie.

a pile of dead bees.

exploring exploring exploring.

i don't often shoot black and white, so here is one.

porcelain doll in an abandoned house.

those two pictures were taken as i drove out of the country and moved to the big city for good. i spent my whole summer in the countryside and i already miss it so much. i think soon i will make another post with all the pictures i've taken of my life in the city this fall, thus far --this post is already ridiculously long! i hope you got through it all right and liked seeing a bit of what my summer was like.
thanks for viewing. :]

I'm also curious about your editing & the camera you use, although it's possible I've asked you the camera bit before. Was it the D50?
October 21 2008, 04:03:12 UTC 3 years ago
